The information below will help you understand not only the list price of your medication, but what your out-of-pocket (OOP) costs might be based on your infusion schedule and insurance coverage.

The list price for an OPDIVO 3 mg/kg + YERVOY 1 mg/kg infusion is $23,597 and the list price for an OPDIVO 3 mg/kg alone infusion is $7,194.* However, most patients will pay less than the list price. In fact, about 70% of patients paid an average of $25 or less in 2022 for FDA-approved uses of the combination infusion of OPDIVO + YERVOY.†
For certain adults with newly diagnosed advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that tests positive for PD-L1, your doctor may initiate the following treatment schedule: OPDIVO 3 mg/kg every 2 weeks and YERVOY 1 mg/kg every 6 weeks. This combination will continue for up to 2 years or as instructed by your doctor.

If you have commercial insurance

If you have Medicare
Depending on your specific Medicare benefits, you may pay 0-20% of the medication list price. If you have Medicare Part B, you may also have a supplemental insurance plan that may pay all or part of your OPDIVO or OPDIVO + YERVOY cost. If you have Medicare Part C, there is an out-of-pocket total Medical Expense maximum, so what you will pay for your medication will depend on your plan’s benefit design and the level of your other healthcare expenses during the year. Please check with your Medicare plan administrator for more details and to understand your specific costs.
If you have Medicaid

For certain adults with newly diagnosed advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), your doctor may choose to prescribe OPDIVO + YERVOY + chemotherapy with the following treatment schedule: OPDIVO 360 mg every 3 weeks + YERVOY 1 mg/kg every 6 weeks + 2 rounds of chemotherapy on weeks 1 and 3 of treatment. The combination OPDIVO 360 mg and YERVOY 1 mg/kg will continue for up to 2 years or as instructed by your doctor.
The list price for an OPDIVO 360 mg and YERVOY 1 mg/kg infusion is $27,194 and the list price for an OPDIVO 360 mg alone infusion is $10,791.* However, most patients will pay less than the list price.

For most OPDIVO + YERVOY combination indications, there are two phases in the recommended dosing schedule.
Treatment has a maximum of 4 infusion visits that include both OPDIVO and YERVOY. The list price for OPDIVO + YERVOY* ranges from $24,196–$43,404 depending on the dose your doctor has prescribed.
Treatment continues with just OPDIVO alone. For patients receiving OPDIVO 240 mg every 2 weeks, the list price is $7,194 per infusion.† For patients receiving OPDIVO 480 mg every 4 weeks, the list price is $14,389 per infusion period.
The dosing schedule for malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) does not follow the 2-phased schedule noted above. For adult patients being treated with OPDIVO + YERVOY newly diagnosed with MPM that cannot be removed by surgery, your doctor may initiate the following treatment schedule: OPDIVO 360 mg every 3 weeks + YERVOY 1 mg/kg every 6 weeks. The list price for OPDIVO 360 mg and YERVOY 1 mg/kg infusion is $27,194.
